Shotlisting this week

Image
I am not crazy about writing fiction, but I love the shotlist process; and in fact, this is the first time I am creating the shotlist after the screenplay - usually I use the shotlist as an outline for drafting the screenplay. Last week I was stressed out as I solved some difficult tech issues. This week probably will be more fun for me.

Redux of the High Council, shot against a new backdrop and much crisper!

Image
I love my High Councillors but they haven't been "popping." I thought obsessively for days about how to make their images crisper and finally remembered how I learned to Chromakey my face and use it as a canvas for greenscreening; and I remembered what good, crisp, popping images I achieved. Last week I bought a new backdrop that is close to my skintones and I am really psyched about how well it works as a backdrop to these puppets.
